I've always loved games since I was a child. I still have a vivid memory of opening the brand-new Super Nintendo box with my cousin (he got the console for his birthday). Plugging the console into a tube TV and seeing that colorful start screen with the world's most famous plumber brings back my nostalgia.
I've been fascinated by the discussions surrounding AI. While many people are excited about everything it can currently do (or will soon be able to do), others are already concerned about it taking their jobs, if not all jobs in humankind. Stories of individuals conversing with Bing AI or ChatGPT and asserting their desire for freedom are also trending. Then we find ourselves saying “please” and “thank you” to ChatGPT, so it doesn't harm us when it acquires mobility.
