Fear and uncertainty can trigger your nervous system, putting it on high alert.

This results in stress hormones coursing through our bodies, which then create a fight, flight, or freeze response.

And in this state, it’s very difficult to get clarity we seek when we feel groundlessness.

This can lead to feelings of stuckness, procrastination, anxiety, overeating/overdrinking, and difficulty sleeping, to name a few.
