On July 14, 2022, I became one of the 10% who was laid off at OpenSea. Waves of emotions took over indescribably — shuffling between confusion, anger, sadness, dumbfounding, and relief. With all the emotions I was struggling to process, I spent 2 weeks reflecting on everything — my career, my skills, my area to develop, motherhood — life in general. The stillness gave me insight into what I wanted.
