A few checks and balances help maintain a minimum standard of quality throughout Mundo Lingo and its teams around the world. Here we lay them out clearly.

Strikes

Strikes are given either by Community Leads or the community as a whole in order to dissuade apathetic or malicious behaviour.

Green Lights are given either by Community Leads or the community as a whole in order to relieve you of the possibility of a Strike

Monthly Review ✅

**How it works |**Cities are reviewed every month and checked for 5 basic (and easy) criteria to ensure a minimum quality is upheld. Cities must pass all 5 criteria to pass that month. The review is usually around the end of a month but can be at any time.

**If you don’t pass |**If a city fails to meet any one of the criteria in one month, we simply let them know that they didn’t pass that month and that’s the end of it. However, if two months are failed consecutively, 5% is removed from the city’s **NCD **for 4 consecutive weeks.

For one or two times non-observance, neglect or infraction of rules:

1. 50 USD

2. 4 weeks removal of NCD

3. Creative privelages paused (No new designs or events)

Squanderers 🦥

We hope the above 2 penalties encourage everyone to keep up minimum standards. However, our resources and people-power are limited. We dedicate our time to support teams that appreciate that time and energy, and not wasted on those who squander it. Therefore, services to ‘squanderers’ (those with repeated penalties) are steadily reduced so we can give focused attention to those who make best use of them. As a pro, you won’t need to read this, but it’s here just in case.

🙄 Squanderer (1st warning)

• Fails 3 criteria 2 months in a row

• Be un-contactable for 7 days

• Launches or cancel an event without a green light

• Arrival after start time, or early exit.

😒 Unpopular (2nd warning)

• No resolution within 7 days after 1st warning.

🥶 How to be out-right freezing cold

• 7 days after 2nd warning.
