The Evaluator will test for the following
Are markers dispersed?
Are there more than 5 greens?
Do those greens have notes and links to videos?
Have their Add Venue forms been submitted?
Are there no Missed Opportunities?
In most cities, if 2 missed opportunities are identified, the evaluation is suspended.
In mega-cities (e.g., London, CDMX, Tokyo), missed opportunities may be waived by the evaluator if there are 5+ highly probable green lights and the work appears solid.
If there is any doubt about the quality of the candidate venues, the evaluation is suspended, and the author may re-submit after 2 weeks.
We check these criteria. They should all be perfect, but we can give flexibility on one if the rest are amazing.

Cultural Considerations
Considerations are made based on local availability or cultural norms. For example:
In Rome large venues may be rare in which case we can drop to 150-180 capacity.
In San Salvador, beer on tap may be rare, in which case big bottles are okay.
A minimum Pass is 5 Green lights of which 3 may be conditional. Each venue’s status is shown in the title as either Conditional (C) or Green Light ✅ like this:
Fail: The manager may:
Re-submit after 2 weeks (if no other VP evaluations are in the queue).
Pay $50 USD for a re-evaluation with faster processing.
Pass: If training is complete, the manager has full authority to approach green-lighted venues and sign the ESC. More details are available in First Date.
If a Venue Presentation resulting in 5+ green lights (Pass) was submitted within the past 6 months, the same manager may submit a Top-Up VP every 2 months.
Top-ups may request evaluation of only 2 green lights but must include complete notes and fewer than 20 yellow lights.
