People often cry when listening to music because music can tap into people’s emotions. Music can sometimes evoke empathy from people, making them feel the emotions conveyed in the lyrics and melody of a song, which can result in tears. Some songs may tap into listeners’ memories or real emotional experiences, and the emotions can make people feel sadness, touched or joy, causing them to easily cry.

每到夜深人静的时候，我就会不由自主地想起在远方的亲人们。每一次想到自己在城市生活的殊途同归，我就更加思念遥远的故乡，思念亲人。亲情这个词汇很简单，却又十分深刻。在我心里，家人就像是树上的枝叶，互相扶持，互相依靠。我们的爱如同河水不断流淌着，不管时间怎么流逝，这份感情永远都不曾改变。
