Wassaaaab fellow friends! February was a spicy month for the team & community. We saw great PMF during testnet with over 20,000 spicy option purchases! We also spent a lot of time building new features and growing our community & presence in the metaverse and at ETHDenver. Let’s recap!
Community & Partnerships
The Wasabi community really came to life in February! We saw 31% growth in our Twitter following and a 20% increase in our Discord community. What else were we up to?
We officially inaugurated our weekly Twitter Spaces (Spices) this month and have had several phenomenal guests, such as @chadsgarrett, @matt_blumberg, and @karankaria_, discuss topics ranging from NFTFI to Macro coverage.
Additionally, we celebrated great progress with key partners. In February, we solidified partnerships with TempleDAO & Frens Capital to onboard more liquidity on our platform once we go live on mainnet!

Add Multiple Items to Cart Simultaneously
Users can now simultaneously add multiple options to their cart for a seamless one-click checkout.
New UI for Listings & Options
We’ve revamped the UI for listings 😎
Placing Bids/Offers on Options
You can now place bids on options to buy at a different price.
Listing Options on the Secondary Market
As each option is minted as an ERC-721, our users will now be able to list their Wasabi Options for secondary market sales and also be able to buy other users' options, thereby creating a more liquid metamarket.
Portfolio Page
You can now easily view your open/closed options on the Portfolio Page.
Wasabi @ ETHDenver
ETHDenver was a blast! Our team of frogs, penguins, and dickbutts connected with other NFT-Fi projects to discuss the future of the industry. Lending continues to be a major focus in the space, with volumes spiking across platforms, and Wasabi will be on Mainnet soon to help hedge downside risk.
Shoutout to the legends we met in Denver spearheading the NFT-Fi space @Templedao, @frenscapital, @Floordao, @Goblinsax, @arcade_xyz, @spice_finance, @nftperp, @caviarAMM, @ZhartaFinance, and many more wonderful JPeg connoisseurs we interacted with. Looking forward to the next one!
