There’s something obviously cool and important about the background trait of a pfp. It literally defines the world and context in which the character exists. It could both be a point of origin, a point in the present, or an aspiration for the future.
Put simply, a currency is a medium of exchange: something that is given to get in return. It’s interesting to think about this in the context of NFT projects, many of which have historically used staking to reward holders with ERC-20 tokens (cough shitcoins cough) or something similar that can be redeemed against other benefits.
2.6 million ETH (~$6.5bn @ 1E = $2.5k) has been burned in the last 12months. Imagine the impact on NFTs if this wasn’t burned, but instead was preserved as liquidity for the ecosystem. When Citizens of Tajigen mints on 22nd July 2022, we’ll open-source TinyERC721: a hyper-optimized NFT contract for the community to use, and improve upon.
This is our concept map, a living document that outlines our plans for the Citizens of Tajigen. Our vision is to build a brand on the blockchain, enriched with artistic & technical value, and to deliver differentiated experiences & utility to our community.
We are already building. The blockchain shall return. Follow the signal and read on to learn more about the vision & team behind the Citizens of Tajigen.
