After we had a conversation with our partner DMM.make over the weekend, we decided that we are changing the price of the 3D Printed Generativemasks. We are very grateful to DMM.make for willing to accept our request. We made this happen because we really want to deliver it to the community and the holders.
Artistic Experiments in the Age of Hyper-Technological Reproduction
We, Generativemasks, have been exhibited in one of the best art galleries called “GYRE” which is located in Shibuya Tokyo, and the exhibition opens from March 24th through May 21st. Let me do a quick explanation on what this exhibition is all about and why this is something special.
We deliver the highest quality Physical Art by complete custom production. The thing is that even if the 3D Printed Generativemasks are made from the exact same 3D model and color scheme data, every individual piece has its own NFC chip embedded in it creating a different serial number. By scanning the NFC chip with your mobile phone, you can see detailed information about the physical masks including the wallet address.
Welcome to our first AMA. We thought that as we launched our new roadmap and are doing the project reboot, AMA would be a great chance for everyone, especially for all the English speakers to get to know more about our artist takawo.
First, we would like to tell you again that we launched our new Roadmap 2.0 last month and the project reboot is now going on. If you haven't checked them out, please do so for more details with the link down below. We’re giving back to the community with a strong commitment and at the same time, we really hope that we’ll see more and more people getting interested in generative art and enjoying the space. That’s one of the core feelings that we have for the project.
Generativemasks launched back in August of 2021. A collection stemming from Shunsuke Takawo’s daily coding sessions, a portfolio of work built up over years of daily experimentation with generative art since 2015, Generativemasks has marked its place in NFT history in 2021. Since then, we’ve been blessed with a core group of gen art enthusiasts, and are looking to become more communal moving forward.
